On a Need to Know Basis

'It must be very intimidating being ex-actors when you’re surrounded by people in business,' said the master of the universe.

Well, it might be if our job was to advise you on Swiss tax regulations or IFRS implementation.

Thankfully it isn’t.

Our job is to use our experience to help you turn your key messages into collaborative conversations that build trust, drive engagement and influence change.

And our combined experience is quite unique.

  • We've performed on stages around the world which means we know what it takes to face the paying public and hardened critics.
  • We've written scripts for leaders and their teams which means we know how to give structure and spice to your strategic vision.
  • We've trained as coaches which means we know how to help you tap into your thinking.
  • We've studied hypnotherapy which means we know how to help you guide your stakeholders' decision making.

And we've applied all of this to support some of the world’s top organisations as they deal with anyone from the most cynical customer in a corridor to the toughest crowd in a conference hall.

Oh and we are both Wordle addicts – which means we love language, problem solving and having a laugh.

Isn’t ‘audio’ always followed by ‘crest’?

A little gift from us to you

Some Stories We're Loving.

As the summer of sport continues we've just started watching Season 4 of "Welcome to Wrexham" on Disney+.

Believe us when we say you don't have to be a football fan to love this programme.

Yes, of course there are plenty of shots of the good men and women of Wrexham FC kicking balls in chilly British conditions.

But the real beauty lies in the human stories that are built on the dream that Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have to go "back to back to back to back" with promotions and take the third oldest football (soccer if you must) team in the world from the brink of collapse to the Premier League.

One of the standout stories in this season is about a young Ukrainian family who left their wartorn country and have now opened a coffee shop on the corner of Hope Street.

Whoever crafts the narrative for this series is a storytelling genius.

And in episode four there is a brilliantly meta explanation of the Disney story process that pick apart exactly how it is done.

Do yourself a favour and tune in the 'The Town".

Come back and join us at the beginning of each month to see the stories we've spotted for you.
